Had tarnish on tip of blade and brass buttons on case. . I contacted the company who makes them and they asked for pictures. I sent them the pictures and they apologized and mailed me a new knife which arrived a couple days later. Now that’s customer service. The knife is the most beautiful knife I’ve ever owned and feels comfortable in my large hand. The blade and walnut stock are beautiful and perfectly made. No blemishes, dents, misshapen etc. I’m very happy. Update august 2023. This company stands behind their product and doesn’t give you the run around. You can buy more expensive and cheaper knives.
