I always twist the top so that the icing will not push back out of the top. There are clips you can buy, but I find that they just get in the way. Hope this helps. **Q: Can you snip the tip and pipe directly onto cookies or do you need a tip?** A: Definitely you can pipe without a tip. I like a tip for all the different designs, but if it doesn't matter to you, then you will have no problem. **Q: How many are there?** A: Our 12" piping bag has 100 ct in a box. Our 16" piping bags has 56 ct in a box. Our 26 piece set has 26 ct of 12" piping bags and 4 bonus piping tips! **Q: Can you snip the tip and pipe directly onto cookies or do you need a tip?** A: Of course you can pipe without a tip, it’s not perfectly round but works just fine. I almost never use a tip. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Strong and sturdy bags! *by on Reviewed in the United States August 4, 2026* These are great bags!! I needed bags for buttercream frosting. Gets the job done ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reliable Piping Bags That Get the Job Done *by on Reviewed in the United States August 5, 2026* **⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reliable Piping Bags That Get the Job Done**Finding disposable piping bags that are durable isn't always easy, but these have worked really well for me. I've used more than 20 of them, and only 3 have broken, which I think is a good success rate considering how much I use them. They hold the perfect amount of icing for my projects, and I love that they're disposable. Not having to spend time cleaning reusable bags is a huge convenience. My decorating tips fit securely, and I don't have any trouble attaching or using them.I also think they're a great value for the price. They dispense icing smoothly and consistently, making decorating much easier. One thing I really appreciate is how sturdy they are. I've even let my nieces, who are 1, 2, 4, and 8 years old, use them while decorating, and they've held up well despite little hands squeezing them.Overall, these are dependable piping bags that offer great value, and I'll definitely be purchasing them again. ## Frequently Bought Together - Keenpioneer Piping Bag - Disposable Cake Decorating Bag 56 Count (16 inch, Clear) - Colour Mill Oil-Based Food Coloring, 20 Milliliters Black - 2 Pack Cake Pop Stand with Sticks Kit, Acrylic Lollipop Hold Stand, Clear Cake Pop Display Holder, 15 Holes Candy Pop Holder with 100 Pcs Sticks, 100 Pcs Clear Wrappers, 100 Pcs Gold Twist Ties --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/154756674-keenpioneer-piping-bag-disposable-cake-decorating-bag](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/154756674-keenpioneer-piping-bag-disposable-cake-decorating-bag) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
