**Q: What's the environmental impact of using these tablets?**
A: They only contain chemicals that are processed in water treatment plants so impact is minimal.

**Q: How many 'drop-ins' in each pack?  thanks**
A: 4 in each pack. But, I would not recommend this product! It actually stained my toilet bowls with blue streaks that would not come off even with bleach. I finally got the off by fading them with oxyclean powder and white vinegar in a paste.  But I had to apply it several times before the stains were completely gone.  It also created a blackish thick film in the tank that had to be scrubbed and scraped off.

**Q: does this clorox tablet harm the hardware, and rubber flapper  and bolts in the tank ??**
A: Hey, there! Great question, if the Clorox Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner is placed too close to the rubber flappers/seals, they may have a tendency to deteriorate more rapidly. Aged flappers also may have a tendency to deteriorate more rapidly when exposed to the bleach compounds. Not flushing the toilet on a daily basis can cause bleach to accumulate and damage the flappers. Not flushing for 1 or 2 days may not have an effect (depends on other factors). **Q: is this safe for my septic system ?**
A: YES, you can use even if you have a septic tank as the bleach will be diluted in several hundreds of gallons of fluids in the tank!
