Review: Good quality - Works great. Just what I needed
Review: Silicone o-ring correct placement stops leaks - It is important to note that this product leaks around the filter casing if the o-ring does not sit properly in the groove. There is a 2 inch ID and 1/8 thickness white silicon o-ring that fits on the transparent filter casing. The o-ring has to sit in the groove behind a 1/16 ledge around the circumference of the groove. The o-ring has to be stretched a little to fit in the groove. Once the o-ring is in the groove put in a little silicone grease on the o-ring and tighten by hand or use with care a small oil filter tightening band. The leaks stops once you do that.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: will 100 mesh make lake or shallow sandy well water clear for bathing? can low suction 300GPH 12v transfer pump pull through this?**
A: No and yes. Sand particles smaller than the mesh will still get through and it will not make cloudy water clear. But yes a 12v pump will be able to suction through it.

**Q: what is the minimum water pressure it will work on? im planning on using it on my rain barrel**
A: Depends on the location and height of the rain barrel. Iuse rain barrels also, but don’t use it on any. The filter should work as long as there is good water flow and little or no restrictions.

**Q: Can this be used on a drip irrigation system?**
A: Yes. It filters water awesome. I use it on drip irrigation as well as a power washer as well as my sprinklers too. U wont be disappointed.

**Q: The clear cover does not seem to hold up in the heat I’ve gone through two already this summer. Can you buy just the clear plastic part?**
A: Contact the seller, AMZ Tool;
I suspect they will charge you a similar price as the entire gadget🤣

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Went on easy enough and not leaking
*by R***. on December 8, 2024*

It went on easy enough and it's not leaking. I can tell it's cheaply made because when I turn the filter casing to put it on you can tell it's really easy to strip it. But seems to be working and holding up. I'm sure I have to replace it yearly like some people have said but for the price you still can't beat it it's just like changing out a filter in a car or a house. It's just a replaceable commodity.
