**Q: Pop up drain doesn’t go down when in the sink. Anybody else have this issue?**
A: No issue at all on mine. I had it professionally installed.

**Q: Anyone have a problem with the gold never looking clean or having dark finger marks?**
A: I haven’t had an issue with it changing colors. But I tend to wipe down my faucet and sink top after each use. I love Thais Ryle sink that I got a second one for another home.

**Q: Upon opening, one handle is chipped on the front. How can I receive a new handle?**
