I've glued PVC to Oracal 651 (adhesive vinyl sheet used for signs and car wrapping), PVC to PVC, Kydex to PVC, Metal to Kydex, and other combinations. I don't know if I have found a combination of materials that it won't glue. It also has an impressive shelf life. In most cases it will work well without priming. Loctite makes a primer to make CA glues like 401 work on the infamous polyethylene, polypropylene and similar plastics. When used on acrylic, the glue vapors can fog the surrounding plastic. Loctite support suggested I use a fan when gluing up the parts to blow the vapors away, if cosmetics are a big issue. This is generally not a problem but I thought I would pass the hint along **Q: How full is the bottle?
