A friend gave a few recommendations including these keto bombs, describing them as amazing even if you're not on keto.I tried a pack before giving them to my partner, just to be sure, she boy was my friend right! These are delicious! They remind me a bit of eating a 100 Grand bar. There's just the right amount of sweetness—with the chocolate, caramel, and little crisps—and there's no weird or bitter aftertaste that I tend to be sensitive to with these kinds of treats.The portion is just right, too. While I could certainly eat several of these in one go, one is just enough to satisfy a craving for a sweet treat when it hits. This fit in nicely with the low-carb meals we've been preparing.I know sometimes these kind of diet-specific foods can have...unwanted side effects, we haven't noticed any stomach issues or anything. I especially have had troublesome suggestive issues in more recent years, but I have zero issues with these, which was a bit of a relief to me. However, not to minimize the experiences of others, I didn't eat these every day and at most ate two packs in a day. I think that anything that carries certain sweeteners will eventually catch up if eat more often or every day.I didn't have a problem with these melting, although I ordered them just before the summer heatwaves.
