As soon as the driver dropped off the box, I prepped for my first shake. I don't like that each can is wrapped in plastic from top to bottom...but I understand. I read the dosing instructions. It is by height. 5/3 to 5/5 = 10 tablespoons. 8 is for someone up to 5/2. At the lowest dose, each can contains enough for 10 shakes. At 10 scoops, It will be 8 shakes for me. That comes out to $3.75...unless I get something off the dollar menu, that isn't bad at all. It is recommended to replace all meals for the first three days and drink (3) shakes instead. This can be done for up to 14 day Day 4 to day 25, shake for bfast and dinner, light lunch. Day 26+ bfast & lunch, shake for dinner. Unlike other meal replacement powders, this consists of fine granules that dissolve easily and mix well in water or another liquid. I like that I can add coffee in the morning or mix it with something else for added nutrition. It actually tastes fairly decent and I enjoy drinking it. We did the extended cleanse phase of 14 days replacing all meals. A no-sugar or additives vegetable broth to sip on between meals. Started each day with a greens powder drink with olive oil. We both each lost around a pound per day. The flavor isn't good but that's fine as that's because they don't have it packed with other garbage like other powders, it can be flavored with a good cacao and flavor extracts. Otherwise, just drink it down because the results are worth it. It disolves quickly in cold water, curbs hunger and makes you feel good. The brain fog I was getting on a different diet went away in 3 days. It's expensive but cheaper than groceries.
