It's great that you don't have to use a stove for this or wait for hours for it to set and it still turns out thick and creamy. I used almond milk or cashew milk every time, so your mileage may vary if you use dairy milk or some other kind, but I found that a whisk or fork was not entirely sufficient to completely mix this powder with the milk. I ended up using a handheld blender to mix it up. This is by far the best of the Simply Delish pudding flavors. The chocolate is not super fudgy, but it's a good natural chocolate. I didn't find myself wishing it were more intense, but if you do, it seems it would be pretty easy to just add in some natural cocoa powder.
