Thank you,** A: I had a Europower EP4000 amp and it didn't have enough power for my sing subwoofer so, I traded up for CV-2800 and that maxes out my ts-42 however, after a quik look online for the pmp4000, it seems to have enough poer to get you around 120dBs. **Q: Can this speaker work with just a crossover or turntable** A: No. This is a passive speaker cabinet. You will need an amp and probably a pre-amp as well. **Q: Are these speakers biamp ready?** A: No, they are not.
