I like the side scroll feature of the wheel and it has a very nice weight to it. Oh, and the wheel is rubbery, not hard plastic. The best thing is that the dongle is large and has 2.4 GHZ wireless, so the signal is nice and strong. I had tried using an M510 Logitech wireless mouse with my PC, but the wireless dongle is just too small - that mouse is for laptops and not PCs. Also, this Kensington mouse was just knocked on the floor but took zero damage. I really like the size of this mouse. The Logitech M705, while having more programmable buttons, is just slightly smaller. Note that the Amazon size/weight description is bogus; dimensions are about 5" long, 2" high, and 3-1/8" wide at its widest point. Not even the box it came in is 8.9" long! The weight is a typo at 0.01 oz as well (just silly). Pros - Good battery life. Mine lasted years. - FULL SIZE fits large hands (ergonomic and comfortable). I suspect some reviews are for the mid-size equivalent. Be careful when ordering. - Top button behind the scroll wheel sets the dpi sensitivity dynamically, which is nice. - No custom driver; uses std. Windows HID driver. Only reasons I didn't give it 5-stars: - Had one at work that the scroll wheel broke on after a few years of use. Bought a replacement at work and one for home. We'll see how it goes. - only two thumb buttons for page-up/page-down (don't always work as expected). Not programmable. - No custom driver; uses std. Windows HID driver. - Dongle is a bit large on the wireless version, but on a desktop machine doesn't really matter. - Dongle and mouse have to be "synced".
