I've had them for a year and while I don't use them daily, they are fine when I need them. I don't even know what Fakespot is. **Q: Are these filled with water or gel?** A: Water I believe because when it isnt frozen it moves around and I don't believe if it was gel it would move around like that when unfrozen. **Q: I bought these and they have now been in the freezer about 4 days and are still liquid and not frozen.
