I had to use Off which left my garage orange scented and when I drove over that spot, it starting drawing grim from my tire which is now a black strip where the adhesive once was. **Q: Can these be removed?** A: Yes, they are held on with just adhesive, a little force from a small pry bar and up they come. Will want to clean the area of the sticky residue once up. **Q: Is this one stopper or two stoppers?
