## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it come with a lid?**
A: It doesn’t come with a lid. You can order a lid for the larger sizes of the Tatay Baobob. The lids are available on Amazon. NB the kids don’t fit tightly into the box but instead just sit on top - which helps to keep dust out to some extent.

**Q: Are the measurments for the base or the top?**
A: The dimensions are the tops. The bottoms are about 2cm smaller in both directions.
Tatay Baobab storage baskets are excellent quality, I have lots of them. They are tough, easy to clean and almost straight up, although not quite.

**Q: Can they go in the freezer**
A: Personally, I would say no.
I had issues when four were damaged on 3 occasions just by having them delivered, therefore, although they do a good enough job in cupboards and on shelves etc, I would regard them as being brittle and would probably crack at minus 18.

**Q: Why does dispatch take so long?**
A: My supplier uses a carrier who charges less if they are given a longer period to deliver logistically

bought this for the kids to leave in school as a basket to hold copies and books when not in use . used to buy supermarket clear boxes but these broke very quickly. Very happy with this one as it seems very sturdy and should hold the weight of books and copies . also available in a few colours which is great if you have multiple kids . this box does not have a lid but not required for what i need it for. (Found the larger cardboard box packaging this basket came in a bit useless and a waste of cardboard , a sticker on the basket would have been enough.)
