A: The instructions are there on the product for how to produce gravy. It's simple add water to the mixture.

**Q: Is this a package of 3?**
A: It is 1 (one) jar.

**Q: is it gluten free?**
A: Labeling:  Contains soya, potato starch, dried glucose syrup, lactic acid.  Maybe one of these will be an alert for you.  There were other ingredients but I thought the above would be most useful for you to know.

**Q: What is the sodium content?**
A: Something tells me you already know it will be not what the doctor ordered, but for a fact "salt" = 14.12g per 100g serving.  This is a Brit product, so the nutritional label we're used to seeing is not what you will see on a jar of this delicious stuff. I can't tell you how this equates to our % of daily allowed sodium intake, sorry.

Tastes great but pay attention to directions. Do not dump a lot of hot water in the bowl. It will congeal into a big lump. Add like an ounce of water, stir, then another, stir, then another stir and slowly add rest stirring. TASTE is great, surprisingly tasty. I've used over rice and noddles.
