Everything in there is either a petroleum distillate or a substance made from petroleum distillates. **Q: Will this product bond with rtv moulding silicone if us as a mould release?** A: There are likely petroleum distillates which carry the Teflon in this product, so no, it isn't going to "bond." It would likely work as a mold release, however, why not just buy mold release? **Q: Does it remain shiny when dry? Would it be suitable as a tire dressing & resist dirt & mud in tire well?** A: have not tried that.
