### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Single Most Pro-Customer Company On Amazon I Have Encountered, And A Phenominal Product

I'd wager very few of Mantello's customers ever have to deal with them unless it's to thank them for their exceptional product value or the unbelievable care they take insuring that product arrives to their customers in perfect condition. Now make no mistake, these picture frames are not a high end product. But the quality of materials, care in packaging and perfect description of exactly what you are getting for your money is unmatched by any retailer I’ve ever found on Amazon and I've been dealing with them for 15 years.The frames arrived inside two sturdy cardboard cartons. Inside the second carton the six frames were perfectly stacked, secured and protected by shrink-wrap with four sturdy, heavy plastic corner pieces protecting them. As advertised, the glass panes on the frames had polished edges so as to not risk cutting a customer's hand. They were easy to use, the fit of my six prints into the 8" X 10" frames was dead on for all six pieces and they snapped back together easily and as advertised with little effort.In the future I may put the name 'Mantello' ahead of whatever household product I am searching for just to see if they manufacture it in order to give them my business. It's rare I endorse any product with a five star rating, but you can take this one to the bank. If you need some sturdy, inexpensive photo or picture frames with real glass fronts that meet ALL criteria as advertised and will arrive in perfect condition look no further.

Update: After I left an unimpressed review, the company reached out to me and offered to refund or replace the frames. I chose the replacement, and as I was in the process of returning all the extras that I had received, there was a time that I had four sets of frames in my office when I had ordered one. So the broken frame is replaced and I have spares, and thank you very much! Therefore my review is changed from 2 stars to 5.I bought these to display some lists on the wall for use by the church congregation, as the lists had previously been taped to the wall and this would look a lot nicer. They were delivered by the post office on Sunday, and when I came in on Monday I couldn't find them. I couldn't contact the post office on Monday so I contacted Amazon on Tuesday and they refunded the order so I could reorder it, and I had the order by Thursday. Yay! A star for that. I opened them and set them up, and one of them has a defect in the glass and another had a chip in the corner, so minus two stars for that. Now it's the next day and one of them keeps falling off the wall, and the frame has broken on the bottom and I had to tape it back together. Fortunately it's on the bottom where it doesn't show, but now I'm worried that it won't even last until Sunday. And I need all six of them, that's why I ordered the six-pack. I'm down to two stars, I'm not very happy with them anymore.Also, while I was writing this, one of the fellows here found the original package that was delivered on Sunday that I couldn't find, so I'll deal with returning that one next week, and thank you to Amazon for their great service (just please treat your employees better), but the quality of the frames is still questionable.
