This is the only liquid eyeliner I have used for the last 10 to 20 years easily. I’m sure the formula is changed over time but it has a very great glide with an amazing line quality you’re able to be very precise with it because it’s a thin, tiny paintbrush. I have been using this for longer than some of you have been alive. It is hands down my most favorite eyeliner ever. It is blacker than black, the line can taper so precisely and nicely and it stays. I have purchased some high end liners in my day but nothing ever compares. I always come back. I wouldn’t recommend this for beginners unless you are up for a challenge. Have a beautiful life, bye.
