Review: First impressions, Great tent! - Just what we needed! We was going on a camping trip and my daughter who has recently used one of our tents informed us that it needed replaced. We shopped everywhere but for some reason, during this pandemic, camping items are hard to find in stores. So when I found this one on desertcart I went for it. I am glad I did. This tent is east to put up. Very roomy inside and works out great for my son and his friends when we go camping. This way they have their own space away from the adults. We have used it twice now for three teenage boys to sleep in. They are able to set it up themselves. Have plenty of room for all their belongings, three air mattresses (one being a queen size) and still have room to move around. So far we are impressed. Note * we have not used this during windy or wet weather, only in sunny warm weather * therefore I can not say how this would do during those situations.

**Q: Could it fit two queen sized mattresses?**
A: Technically yes. As a queen size bed is 5 feet by 7 feet and our Outbound 8 Person tent is 14 feet by 8 feet - meaning you should still have 4 feet of room to play with on either side and 1 foot of space at the end of the mattress.

**Q: Did anyone else have a problem getting the porch to set on the ground?  Even the set up video I watched showed the sides of the porch flapping in the**
A: Yes, the bottom did not sit flush on the floor which made it pointless. In order to work properly the sides should have been attached to the actual tent and the bottom should sit flush on the floor. I ended up returning the tent because I did not like the porch. It’s definitely not like the picture.

**Q: Does the screen room have a floor?**
A: Unfortunately the screen porch area does not include additional flooring. The reason for this is that you can set up the tent with and without the screen porch. A great solution we've found is purchasing a camping floor mat or foam pads that interlock.

**Q: Does it come with spikes or do you have to purchase them separately? If so how many is suggested?**
A: Came with spikes. Good tent!!

The tent is great. Waterproof better than most tents I've owned. Zippers are strong and easy to use. Plenty of space for me and my 3 kids with all our gear. The only thing I don't like is that the poles break at the connection points just by having it set up within a few days. They either have to redesign the metal holders or make the poles stronger somehow. Otherwise I love the tent
