But NEWTRY is absolutely fabulous! I ordered the pump from Amazon. When it arrived the cast iron foot was broken off the bottom of the pump. The pump carries a sticker informing the customer to call NEWTRY, followed by a toll free number, if they experience any problems. I called that number and the person at the other end of the line apologized for the problem and informed me they would send a new pump immediately, which arrived several days later.
