They're enough to provide that bit extra weight so I can feel my muscles getting a workout but not too heavy that they cause strain. I love the neoprene material they are made of as it is really comfortable to hold and I don't feel like I'm losing grip on them even when I work up a sweat. Love the funky colour too.These 1kg weights are approximately 15cm in length and the middle section that you hold is around 9cm in circumference which I find to be really good.
