The storylines, though meant to sell a toyline based on a failed Conan the Barbarian project are at times sappy, formulaic good vs evil, but they never insult your intelligence! The writers/directors involved are the known heavy weights of our classic scifi shows and books! Dini, Straczynski,Ditillo etc etc. Aren't we all so lucky to have experienced their works during their heyday. The bad? Maybe a BD in the future? This would look awesome if the ressolution was amped up! I also noticed that certain scenes, the colors and details blurr out. And one episode, meaning the first episode has a scene removed. Nope. Nothing controversial. It's just that it sort of breaks the story continuity ( i.e. Diamond Ray of Disappearance where a jar falls on Orko's head prevening the Diamond from sending him into another dimension).
