Or do you have to pull over the head???** A: Kathleen, the facemask fastens via velcro in the back. It's a wrap around model. The Velcro allows some adjustability in circumference. **Q: My dad has a 24" neck and could barely close seirus' combo scarf. will this fit him? if not, what will??** A: Doubtful. Mine measures 22" accross fully opened **Q: How breathable are they? Fully worth it at that moment. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Needs a cloth liner *by M***B on January 1, 2014* The Harley version of the neoprene face warmer (unfortunately Harley doesn't sell a skull version) has an inner cloth liner over the neoprene, and is much more comfortable.
