It is heated to produce calcium oxide, then aged in water. Finally, the lime is blended with marble and other mineral aggregates. **Q: Can you apply this right over existing Venetian plaster on wall?**
A: Yes you can. But it is not that simple. Here's why. If your existing venetian is sealed with wax or lord forbid acrylic. Wax won't let the new layer adhere. That's what the wax is for to seal and stain guard your beautiful finish. You'll have to remove that wax layer before applying the new one. Applying an adhesive over that wax won't help either. Your hard work will be in vane. Soon you will see cracking followed closely by peeling. Which is, what you will do to your face. After the hard work of applying that plaster. Oh the humanity. Acrylic per say nothing wrong with it. Except on your once beautiful venetian plaster. That now looks like a kindergarten finger painting. NOW over plaster that has not been sealed in any way. You will need to slightly hydrate the wall so that the moisture for your new plaster isn't completely sucked out by the cured under layer. Few other minor things but you get the gist of it. **Q: What percentage of ingredients is the marble content?**
A: All, then the binders. look at their website, get good tools as well.

**Q: Can you apply this over sheet rock?**
A: Yes, this product can be applied over Sheetrock. It is strongly recommended to prime the Sheetrock first with Microprimer.

**Q: Can this be used on top of a concrete floor?**
A: No it can not. Use an acid stain if the concrete is not seal.
