microsoft is the worst
the experience pack really ruins the experience. ditching the whole Microsoft OS and going with something else. if I wanted all that crap on my computer, I would have asked for it. wish they offered the product with no OS or software installed. it would be a great deal more attractive.

Los pros:*La Laptop tiene buen aspecto exterior e interior*El procesador 2200u rinde similar a un i3*El disco duro es marca Toshiba ( lo cambie por un SSD pero realmente no trabajaba tan lento)* El sonido es muy buenoLos contras:* La imagen de Amazon muestra que la laptop tiene unidad de DVD cuando en realidad no es así* La pantalla es de calidad un poco pobre , colores débiles y se notan a simple vista los pixeles, la podría comparar a las pantallas de 7 años atras

Decent for the price
I bought this for my 13 yr old son for virtual learning. Works great except for the mouse pad on the keyboard. I bought him a wireless mouse and it’s great

Much slower processing speed than I expected
The 4 gb was too slow out of the box. I was looking for faster processing. Most obvious was the boot up time. It took way to long to start. Returned.

Love this!
I prefer HP. My other laptop was the older version of this one and it was starting to go. I love this one as much as my old one. It's lighter and i LOVE this!
