The harness has an extra cross strap to hold the lens down keeping the whole camera from swinging while scrambling around on the rocks. Then I gave it a go with biking along a flat trail. It worked great by keeping the camera centered and secured without getting in the way of steering or peddling. It appears to be good quality and solid. It definitely held my DLSR without any problem. I have the straps adjusted to the absolute tightest they can go and it is still lose on me. The harness shifts too much for my comfort and causes the camera to shift and bounce too much. I think it would do great for a bigger frame. It's definitely not one size fits all.
