A box includes a variety of flavors, not too many of any one flavor. The downside is I don't know how to get a box of only my favorite flavor like I can of Crystal Light. These instant teas are great! These are designed with the standard 16.9fl oz water bottle size, but I've found that the flavor is still very good even if I use a larger cup and more water than recommended (that is, the flavor is diluted but still very good). Also, the red peach tea is the only flavor that is explicitly caffeine free. Caffeine isn't mentioned at all with the other flavors, but it's safer to assume they've got some caffeine in them.
