These seeds did not sprout for me, I am in zone 8-9b so that very well could be the reason. I am still on the search for some durable ground cover and was hoping these would give a nice pop of color.

I planted these little portulaca seeds as I always do - good soil, scattered the seeds atop the soil & then pressed the soil in order to anchor the seeds and kept the seeds slightly damp 'til the little plants were about 1 inch tall. Following that, I lightly watered them about 3 times per week (and always hoping that it would rain so that I could skip my light watering. If there were any seeds that did not produce a plant, it would have been impossible to tell. I am over loaded with healthy & beautiful plants.
