True to size! *by W***Y on Reviewed in the United States on June 7, 2019* Dress came and looks just like the picture. The fabric is like a silky rayon kind of material. There is a working drawstring around the waist, but no elastic so it does not have to cinched there depending on preference. Very thin but not see through. A nice cool dress for summertime. Buttons are not functioning. V in front and back of dress. Well-made. I am 5’6” 180 lbs. I am normally a size 10-12 or a large. I ordered a large and it fit like the model in the picture. Also I did not find the navy color to be sheer at all.Cons: Runs about a half size too big. I am on the petite side (5'1, 110 lbs, 32B) so I knew it would be too big, but thought with the adjustable tie-waist I could make it work. It's borderline sloppy looking but I somewhat like the loose/flowy/drapey fit. I'll have to wear a bralette or tank top for chest coverage for sure.
