Review: Perfect Fit in my hand - I ordered this to assist with therapy exercises recommended by my doctor for Tennis Elbow. Based on other reviews, I was concerned about the size, however I found it to be a perfect fit for the size of my hand, if not slightly too big, as I can't quite close my fingers all the way around it when it is in my palm - I can just touch my thumb to each of my fingertips, but can't quite make a full fist. For reference, I am an adult female, 5'3" with fairly small hands (I usually wear size small or medium gloves), so this probably wouldn't hold true for a man with very large hands. I do like the material, as I think it has a better feel and will be more durable than the gel-type ones, and much easier to keep clean. It is firmer than I expected, making it a little tougher to squeeze than I anticipated, but I think that will actually benefit me; I just have to be careful not to overdo it. I got the blue color, which is very nice. Overall, I'm very happy, and hopeful this will help heal my messed up elbow.

A: Yes, it can be wiped with a mild soap and water.

**Q: These aren't those cheap ridiculously hard to squeeze that it just frustrates you more trying to squeeze them, are they?**
A: No, it's not hard to squeeze and it's not cheaply made. It doesn't have "smooshie", little balls or clay-like innards, but the outside is covered in a nylon like material. I guess you could compare it to a fuller, hacky sack, type. I cannot squeeze it completely flat between my fingers and palm. Kinda like a softer ball covered in soft nylon.

**Q: Which ball has the highest resistance and what's the difference between this and dual color version?**
A: Sorry I can't help there. I purchased the black one only. Pretty high resistance
