Highly recommend the seller based on this customer service experience alone.As for the review:If youre extremely bass heavy, the speaker has a feature where it slightly quiets the music during very bass heavy moments to prevent harm to the speaker. As a result the speaker will last a very long time and be what it was designed to be. A rugged out door speaker. Dont get me wrong, the speaker is still VERY punchy. You can also link multiple ones together. I have two I use for my sound system in my living room. The manufacturer says connect "multiple" explorer speakers together.
