**Q: How adjustable is the mag pouch? I’d like to put it on a Ruger 10/22 M1 but it’s slightly larger**
A: I dont have a 10/22 but the mag pouch fits pretty snug on my M1 Carbine. No adjustment, just pulls over buttstock. Good quality though.

**Q: Does this double as a cheek rest?**
A: No, not really. If it's full with two 15rd mags it may touch your cheek but they are offset to one side. On a side note, if you buy it you may want to smooth the rivets.i like this set but it scratched my stock a bit until I dremeled it smooth.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect fit for a 1943 GM built M1 carbine.

This sling and oiler fit my 1943 M1 carbine (GM built) perfectly. The mag holder requires removal of the lower trigger mechanism to install. The belt loop is not elastic and is too small to pull over the butt or the trigger and rear sight. This is not a problem but the buyer should be aware of this installation requirement.
