(Will it come off on my clothing, scarf, etc. Will it smear when kissing?** A: I wear Red Hot a lot. If I have lip balm underneath, about 30% comes off. Without lip balm, only the powder on the surface is lost. If you're just giving someone a peck on the cheek real fast, it won't transfer. The Bare Minerals matte liquid lip colors have a similar soft, velvety finish but adhere better.
