Got the 3x and it fits perfectly! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Runs small but loose compression *by K***. on January 9, 2026* I wear a medium 5’8 165lbs but sized up to an L and glad I did because I have to use the last hooks to close this and it’s quite tight. I had extended brachioplasty so I need good compression and the arms are too loose unfortunately. So I get good compression on my sides and breasts but have to add ace wraps to the arms for a tighter fit.
