I feel the water and debris will still get in and now I've trapped them and preventing air dry. Will update in 6 months. So far...no. UPDATE Well, I stand corrected. These have held up great, have zero debris in the cross bars, didnt trap any water either. I haven't had to touch them since they were installed. Pretty suprised and changing my rating.
