Zamp has reverse polarity ports 99.9% of the time. In order to get a cable that works, and reverse the polarity, the red wire has to have ends of the same 'sex' (male/male, or female/female), and the same condition for the black wire. If you trace this product from one end to the other, along one particular color, you'll see the ends are different. There is a cable sold by Tecmate, an Optimate O-27 that accomplishes this, but it's only 18 AWG. You may need a thicker cable, and as far as I know there isn't one out there. Only other option is to splice two wires together with a soldering gun to get the correct configuration.
