I bought the XL and they're comfortable, if a tiny bit snug. For reference, I'm a 36DD, 5'8", and 160lbs. I generally have a hard time with sleeves being long enough, but these are perfect for me. They maintain their shape, so if I put the cuff up to my elbow, they don't slide down. I bought them because rayon is breathable, and I haven't been disappointed. No icky soaked layer under my hoodies and sweaters if I get too warm. I'd gladly order them again, and recommend them. I like my turtlenecks loose and long, and I like the lower turtleneck. It's not the kind that needs to be folded over. I am 140 pounds and went with the X-large and it fit exactly how I wanted it to. It is big, loose and comfy. The only draw back for me is how long the sleeves are. I am very petite, otherwise they would have been the right length.
