Review: better than expected - so far so good. i was skeptical about ordering this refurbished dell computer. i have only had it for two weeks but am very happy and surprised just how well it is performing. fast! quiet! and easy to set up, with my wife's help. value for dollars spent is hard to beat. i am not a gamer and do basic online use and watch videos. for my needs, this computer is more than i would ever need. i am purchasing the extended warranty. for the price, i think it is worth the money spent even if i never used it. set up was easy. enough ports for my needs. i had an old dell inspiron but with unsupported windows ten, it had a lot of issues. this is quite the upgrade for me. if anything comes up, i will update this review.

**Q: description says ddr4, features says ddr3. which is it?**
A: If you purchase from PC Server and parts, you will receive unit as title states. i5-6500 w/ 16GB DDR4 RAM. We have submitted a request with Amazon to correct errors.

**Q: This item states wireless wifi (adapter). does that mean the wifi in not harware installed in the desktop? assuming means a usb wifi adapter (specs)?**
A: The unit I received in October 2022 came with a bluetooth adapter, no wifi adapter

**Q: For install of 2nd hard drive/ size question: will a 2tb internal hard drive hdd – 3.5 inch sata fit? ... or only smaller 2.5" hard drives?**
A: I will do my best to answer your question, but the way the question is phrased leads me to believe you want to install a 2nd hard drive, meaning leaving the original in place. If that's the case, the answer is no. You can only have 1 x 3.5 hard drive. You might be able to put 2x 2.5 hard drives in there. However, the computer is designed to take at least 1x 3.5 hard drive. You can use one 2TB 3.5 or 2TB 2.5 hard drive.

**Q: The listing says the product comes with a amd radeon r7-350x so shouldn't say "discrete" instead of "integrated"?**

so far so good. i was skeptical about ordering this refurbished dell computer. i have only had it for two weeks but am very happy and surprised just how well it is performing. fast! quiet! and easy to set up, with my wife's help. value for dollars spent is hard to beat. i am not a gamer and do basic online use and watch videos. for my needs, this computer is more than i would ever need. i am purchasing the extended warranty. for the price, i think it is worth the money spent even if i never used it. set up was easy. enough ports for my needs. i had an old dell inspiron but with unsupported windows ten, it had a lot of issues. this is quite the upgrade for me. if anything comes up, i will update this review.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very decent for the money

I am using this for a basic email and web surfer machine. It is very fast..... looks and runs like a brand new machine. Came with a new keyboard and mouse (not refurb) but the most basic cheap KB and mouse. The machine specs out exactly as advertised. Even came with CD/DVD player/ burner. The case is small form factor, so do not get it with the expectation of getting and doing a lot of upgrades. There is a PCI Express. There were NO unpleasant or unexpected surprises. Runs super quiet.... really not bad at all. Here is the deal as to why its so cheap for the most part. The copy of windows is an OEM version issued and licensed exclusively to Dell. You do not get a copy of Windows on disc with this machine, you get a hard drive with an image file on it ( the main drive has a partition on it) which is where the copy is located. You can do full factory restore from that partition and set the machine up like it was the day you got it and it will activate and be a legitimate copy/machine.... BUT it only works on the machine it shipped out with (or one just like it) Microsoft has almost reached the end of life with Win 10.... set for about Oct 2025. I ran the test to see if the machine would take win 11 upgrade and it says NO...however a Google search results many people saying they have run it just fine. The primary reason it fails is the processor. It is not in the recommended list of processors that Microsoft recommends for Windows 11. It passed on every thing else. And like I said there have been many folks who have said they have installed it (win 11) and it is running just fine with this very processor. In conclusion at this price it is almost basically a disposable cup...wait I mean PC, LOL.... you could just buy a new one every couple of years. Or you can do as I am going to and get the latest copy of Linux / Ubuntu Wilma and run that. (free for personal use) You can burn a copy that will boot and run from a USB drive if you want to try before installing (I have no affiliation with Linux or make any thing off this suggestion, its just something I personally like) Ok to end this, I have worked on/built computers for the last 30 + years and have quite a large knowledge base and I just can not find any reason to complain about this PC/purchase.
