## Questions & Answers

**Q: Hi there. What is the distance between the mounting screw holes, centre to centre?**
A: 125mm

**Q: I have fitted the fan but there is no air flowing in to the van, the vent is open but still no air flow, could someone help me out. Cheers**
A: HI, spinning vents extract air, they don't blow air into the vehicle.

**Q: Will it be a straight swap on mk7 transit**
A: You must measure the hole size on your van, then check against this vent measurement. There are LOTS of models available, with many different sizes.

**Q: Hi please can you tell me how to remove cap**
A: Hi, any type of blade or thin screw driver will lever it up and you will be able to pull it out.
