Review: Island worthy. - Great shirt of quality material and the colors really pop. Cost is par with satisfaction.
Review: Nice and Bright - At last, an opportunity to buy Proud American made products. This shirt is a bargain at the price and delivery was fast. Buttons made of coconut shell, and colors bright enough to be seen from the surface of the moon. The material is quite thin, and will not give a guy the sweats as he's standing around after a day in the sun. Hangs open well, as it will be on me most of the time. Hawaiian shirts are meant to be loose, comfortable, breathable, either 100 % cotton, or silk, in my opinion. Also, I never tuck 'em in. The stitching is adequate, the plaquet behind the buttons and buttonholes is folded back about 4 inches and stitched down the edge to prevent raveling. Not really caped, but an attempt at gussets, that will be great if you're broad shouldered. As regards trueness of size, I'm 6'2" and an XL is OK now, but I've not washed it yet. If in doubt buy bigger and wash it hot. 100% cotton will shrink no matter what anybody says. Girls, this company has a bunch of ladies and kids stuff, to include some sun dresses, and things like saris. This is no Tommy Bahama, but it also isn't $150. I think I'll get that orange one next with the parrots. Strangely, no extra buttons were sewn to the inside bottom, but that's OK cause I've got a whole slew of these kinds of shirts and they are absolutely bristling with extra buttons.
