## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this one stick or a pair? Can seniors use it for daily walking?**
A: It is one stick rather than a pair. Seniors may use it for daily walking. Ideal scenarios include indoors, yards, parks and walking trails. However, this product has not been tested by medical institutions so please do not use it as a medical device.

**Q: How heavy is this hiking stick?**
A: The weight of a wooden hiking stick inevitably varies to a certain degree due to factors including differences in diameter and density of natural timber. The detailed weight of each hiking stick can be found in the listing images.

**Q: Can I get replacement rubber tips when the bottom ferrule wears out?**
A: Yes. Look for replacement rubber tips with 20 mm inner diameter and 32 mm depth. And the rubber tip replacement from FOREST PILOT will be launched for sale on Amazon by the end of 2026.

**Q: Will rain or wet conditions damage the wooden cane?**
A: It has waterproof polyurethane coating for outdoor humidity. Wipe dry after wet trail use. Do not put it into water for a long time, to avoid coating and wood damage.

**Q: What weight can it support?**
A: More suitable for most adults under 220 lbs for hiking and daily walking and please do not over press the screw joint between the two sections or overtighten it to prevent the wood from cracking.
