However, my [personal] results are paying off and I would highly recommend this product for those who are looking for gentle chemical exfoliating product. I've been using this product for about 2 months now, once a week, before bed along with the rest of my skin care regimen. HOW TO USE: I double-cleanse my skin and then use a single gauze with the rough side first, gently in circular motion all over my face and neck for 1-2 minutes. I scrub with a little more strength on certain areas that I feel need extra exfoliation - such as acne scars/ pigmentation, around my nose/ nostrils, etc. Then I switch to the soft side and gentle massage in circular motion all over my face and neck for additional 1min or so -- it's very calming and feels as if it's picking up any exfoliation residue. Afterwards, discard the pad, rinse face/ neck with lukewarm water, pat dry and continue with the rest of my skin regimen. Make sure the cap to the container is completely on! PROS: My skin does feel significantly softer and smoother exfoliating. It smells great, very much like grape juice/ soda - you wouldn't guess that it's some kind of chemical exfoliant! I have seen some fading of acne scars and pigmentation. I have noticed that results are less visible on older scars/ pigmentation than the more new/ fresh ones. Gentle enough for sensitive skin and works great with my combination skin. CONS: I've read complaints of poor packaging. I was lucky enough to get well-packaged and sealed item, so I cannot speak for that part. It's kind of pricey.
