We give him 2 tablespoons of this plus a few of the expandable tortoise pellets daily (soaking it in water all in one bowl). Then, we give him 1/2 of one of their instant fruit cups weekly. Doing this really gives him the full variety of foods, which is really good for them.The freeze dried food is awesome because it gives them fresh foods with great variety, but you don't have to rush before it goes bad like you would have to if you bought produce at the store.
