Thankfully, it was only one side so I didnt lose my grandma. I can say the bracelet is beautiful and is nice quality. The coming undone... would be because of it just being tied and not secured with an adhesive of some kind to make sure the knots came undone..the rope used is of a silky kind so it will easily come undone no matter how many times you try to retie and fix it unless you use something like superglue..
