It arrived on time and in perfect condition, no issues whatsoever. I really love the two different sizes of straws, I use the smaller one all the time. I was slightly surprised by the size of the case, it was a bit larger than most would think it should be, but for glass straws, it's because it's thick enough to keep them protected from breaking, a point that other reviewers seem to miss. I love how it nests, the straws and the cleaning brush all fit tightly one inside the other and the case is fitted with a tight lid. It is a raw wood, meaning no stain or finish has been added to it, so I would recommend giving it a good coating of food safe oil, such as olive oil, every so often to keep it from getting too dry and cracking. Also, give it a good cleaning on the inside with a brush to remove any wood dust from the sanding process. The straws themselves are of a good length, smooth and very clear, making it easy to see any dirt or obstructions. Even with the cobalt blue ones, which I purchased since they were so darn pretty. Cobalt glass is usually very dark and hard to see through. I have a lot of metal straws and I really don't like them, I can't see if they are clean and they give my drinks a weird taste to them. Plus, they seem to get mold stains on them, issues I don't have with these glass straws. The packaging was very nice and there was no damage whatsoever, the straws were individually wrapped in tissue paper inside the case, but they came out fine and I didn't have any issues with that as some other reviewers had. Overall, very good and practical product at a fair price. You guys, these straws are a GAME CHANGER! The diameter of the smaller straw is perfect for me, I adore the color and the taste is PRISTINE ... *nothing* added.My straws arrived in the small wooden tube. The tube was easy to open and the straws and cleaning wand were nestled inside, beautifully wrapped in delicate paper.I will update this review for durability and ease of cleaning once I have them for a while. Bottom line, I’m super satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend. I did not receive any kind of compensation this feedback, it’s just a good honest review for awesome straws! Seriously impressed.UPADTE: So I have had these straws for nearly 6 months now. I have used them daily. I hand wash them daily and stick them back in my drinks. So, it's an easy 4.7 rating from me!Pro:Solid carrying case - It'll take effort to break itTwo straws in two different sizes - Small one is good for water/sodas, bigger one is good for smoothies. (I use the bigger one for Daily Harvest smoothies sometimes, the straw fits the lid perfectly.)Comes with straw cleaner, nestles in the smaller strawCon:Casing Fit - The wooden case's body and top weren't a perfect filing fit. On both of our sets, it was a tight fit, where the lid did not easily go on, and taking it off was a challenge. There's an easy fix, however! I just went to the local hardware store and got the cheapest sandpaper and just did a little sanding on the lip of the body and MAGIC!
