**Q: What are these used for?**
A: Stretches out the calf muscles and achilles tendon. People with achilles tendinitis also frequently use them, but the real cure for that condition is eccentric exercise (see the book "Treat Your Own Achilles Tendinitis).

**Q: Are these stackable for greater incline and stretch?**
A: Yes, I always use two stacked for maximum stretch.

**Q: Does this ever stop shedding?**
A: Have not used mine for awhile now.   Used everyday for several months with no shedding issue.
As a matter of fact the physical therapy dept at my health center uses the exact same brand/model

**Q: What is the degree(s) of the slope(s)? max weight capacity? how to clean it? use with barefoot? how long does it last? durable? material(s)? etc.?**
A: The slope is 3.5 in over 11.75 in. (Around 15 degrees). I don’t know what the weight capacity is but I’m around 260 lbs. and the blocks handle my weight. They are made out of a high density plastic foam and can be cleaned with any household cleaner. I have them at my bathroom sink so I use them with bare feet. I have had them for over a year and there is no visible sign of wear. Hope this helps.
