**Q: do any of the ingredients come from China?**
A: I can't believe how many people are outraged by supplements coming from China. I wonder if any of these same people take pharmaceutical drugs, EVER? 90% of those are made in China. Just a thought.

**Q: How long until I start seeing results?**
A: I took two capsules before bed, and it took about a week for me to start feeling the benefits from this medication.  As I said in my review I did not gain much as far as sleep, but it did help with depression.
