**Q: How is this shipped? Is it kept refrigerated? What about when it is dropped off at the house?**
A: It cOnes in cardboard containers. You don’t have to refrigerate it until you open it… It’s completely shelf stable until opened.

**Q: I called wandering bear was told it has to be refrigerated before open.  here it says shelf stable and does not need refrigeration.  which one is it?**
A: Shelf stable yes. It tastes best if it is cold before you drink it. I keep two in the refrigerator and the rest in the pantry.

**Q: Do you sell this size cartons, but with your decaf (like your 96 fl oz box)?**
A: We only sell our decaf cold brew in the 96oz boxes at this time.

**Q: This is not smooth but strong and bitter.  What are you comparing to when you rate this as smooth?**
A: In my opinion the coffee is too strong undiluted. Diluted, it is not strong or bitter. Many may describe this as "smooth".
