Review: The ball is great! The kids have been playing more like hacky ... - item came on time as promised. However the box was destroyed in transit. It wasn't important to us, but it made me wonder if it had been fragile if it would have arrived in one piece. The ball is great! The kids have been playing more like hacky sack than sepak takraw, but having a great time! Review: Great Quality Product - I used to play a modified game of Takraw with some friends when we were in high school which was more like hacky sack than the traditional game. This ball was very much the same as we used in those games which definitely brought back memories of those days. ## Features - suitable for Training, Playing with friends, etc ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B008TJI2AY | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Ball Type | takraw ball | | Best Sellers Rank | #255,174 in Toys & Games ( See Top 100 in Toys & Games ) #272 in Playground Balls | | Brand | Fox Racing | | Brand Name | Fox Racing | | Color | Multicolor | | Construction Type | Plastic | | Core Material | Plastic | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 37 Reviews | | Item Weight | 8.16 ounces | | Manufacturer | MARATHON | | Manufacturer Part Number | Sepak Takraw Ball _0001 | | Material | Plastic | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Number | D-0003 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Size | Small | | Sport | Sepak Takraw | | Sport Type | Sepak Takraw | | Stitching Type | Molded | | UPC | 884104222366 884104186545 884104174115 884104169821 884104227248 884104175341 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** Fox Racing - **Color:** Multicolor - **Item Weight:** 8.16 ounces - **Material:** Plastic ## Images ![" Sepak Takraw Ball " Marathon Mt.201 Official Standard - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61sxxWNoxwL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: How hard is the ball? We play every weekends with friends, and the balls we have just go soft after 4 days of playing.** A: its pretty stiff...but unlike some takraw in Thailand, this one is made from a sort of plastic. It still bounces well and has a good feel against skin. My wife is Thai, not me, but she thinks its just fine and just as good as any she's had. All in all, this is a good purchase **Q: Hi: how long does this ball take to get to florida? Also, is it standard/official size? We need it for a Thailand fair for elementary kids** A: Hello, for Florida around 10-15 working day. Our product is standard size under ISO 9001 certificate. **Q: The title says mt201, but the description says mt101. which is it?** A: The correct is mt201 **Q: The title says MT201 but the description says MT101. This is likely due to the large distance over which it was shipped. ## Frequently Bought Together - " Sepak Takraw Ball " Marathon Mt.201 Official Standard - Takraw Ball Product Made in Thailand --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/13318464-sepak-takraw-ball-marathon-mt-201-official-standard](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/13318464-sepak-takraw-ball-marathon-mt-201-official-standard) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
