Clean-up is super easy too. The juicer is quite a bit larger than I had imagined it would be, so if you're worried about having counter space, you will probably want to look carefully at the dimensions. The old fashioned hand squeezing juicers are a much less expensive alternative, but if you are going to be juicing a lot of citrus, or if like me, you have a lot of hand weakness or Paralysis, this is by far the better tool for you. It is expensive, bur in the long run it's worth it due to the time it saves. and also also how efficiently it works, as well as it's yield of juice per fruit. I just tried to juice a grapefruit that was a diameter of 5.5 inches (16.5 inch circumference). The white pulp on the inside was no more than a quarter of an inch. I found it easy to juice. The top wasn't a problem at all. What I did find, however, was that the edge of the grapefruit meat was still intact, as the juicer core is only around 4 inches in diameter. I just closed the top a little and pressed on the grapefruit with my fingers along the side for 2 seconds and it was completed.
